Compensation: $85000 to $110000 per year

company maintains its own leasing, marketing and operations teams.

them impeccably.
Holdings include more than 12 million square feet of prime real estate throughout the United States, including Class A office buildings and to-the trade design centers in the New York metropolitan
area, Southern California, Southern Florida, and Texas.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred but not required
- Commercial Real Estate Experience at an "A" real estate firm (B+ to A buildings)
- Strong MRI and Excel
- Strong Accounting background
Responsibilities:
- General Property Accounting (general ledger, bank recs, month end, tenant charges, supplementals,etc)
- Operating expense escalations
- Real Estate tax
- Budgets/Forecasts/Variance Analysis
- Ad Hoc
